I'm Emily :)
I am a fun-loving, laid back, 14 year old Georgia peach! Yep, I've lived in the great state of Georgia my whole life. I am home schooled by my Mom (and a couple other teachers at a home school academy I go to), and I enjoy (almost ;)) every minute of it. I love reading, writing, drawing, singing, acting, hanging out with friends, and sports! I am part of a wonderful youth group at my church, and have lots of really great friends there! But most of all, I love my Father. My Heavenly Father. I was saved at the age of 6, and my life has been different ever since! I long to grow in my relationship with Him every day.
I have a pretty amazing family. I have been blessed with wonderful Christian parents who are great role models in my life. I have one older sister, Abbie, who is always ready to have some fun :) She is also a great Christian example to me, and I love being around her! I have two younger siblings...Timothy and Natalie. Those two are FULL of energy, but that makes it all the more fun. They fill the house with laughter, and can brighten anyone's day!
So, now that you know a little bit about me, welcome to my blog! Whether you personally know me, or you just happened to find my blog through another blog, I am happy you are here! And I hope you enjoy my blog! I chose the name, Illuminator, because of one of my favorite verses, Matthew 5:16 - "In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven." The definition of Illuminator is "one that illuminates, produces, concentrates, or reflects light." And that is exactly what I want to do, I want to let MY light shine.
