Welcome! :)

Hi! I'm Emily :) This is a blog where I'll share pictures I've taken, stories of things that are going on in my life, and...pretty much anything else I decide to write about :) I decided to name the blog illuminator based on one of my favorite verses, Matthew 5:19, and how I desire to "let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven", as said in the verse.
So...a little bit about myself. I'm 14 years old and a freshman in high school. I am home schooled, but I attend KONOS Academy once a week. It's a lot of work, but also lots of fun! :) I go to Rocky Mount Baptist Church and am part of an amazing youth group there! I sing, play the piano, and play guitar a little. I have an amazing mom and dad, two sisters, and one brother. I also have lots of awesome cousins and friends who are always tons of fun to be with! :)
